How do I return a product using your returns portal?

1. Login to our returns portal at this url

http://return.aromatechtracking.com/

2. Enter your Order number\, and Email address used on the order

Order Number: C10420
Email: USER@DOMAIN.COM

3. Click 'Find your order'

4. Select the items from your order you wish to perform a return for by changing the number in the dropdown next to the item.

5. Click 'Next' on the bottom of the screen

6. Select the Reason you wish to perform a return

Arrived too late
Poor Quality / Faulty
Doesn't suit me
Incorrect item received
Parcel Damaged on arrival
Other

7. Add any additional notes. This is required if your answer was 'other' in the previous step.

8. Upload images for your order if applicable

9. Click 'Next' on the bottom of the screen

10. Select how you would like to resolve the order issue

Refund to store credit - receive credits to use on the store in the future
Exchange - exchange your item for another one
Refund original payment method - send the money back to your card (processing may take 7-14 business days depending on your bank)

11. Select how you would like to return your item

Ship with a carrier of your choice - you may send back to us using any carrier of choice
Ship with a returns label - we'll send you a label

12. Click 'Submit'

13. Your request has been submitted\, and we will verify all of your submitted information. If approved you can then send your product back to us using the shipment method you picked on step 11.
